Paksy Plackis-Cheng successfully formed a public-private that brought together government agencies, NGOs, corporations, and even a public company. These types of consortiums often face significant, including misalignment of objectives, lengthy issues, and technical hurdles. However, thanks to the brilliant team behind this project, we were able to overcome these obstacles in less than a year with minimal funding.
