PROGRAM
Join our latest project
- Are you a woman in Berlin who has applied for jobs online after a career gap or career change?
- Would you like to share your experiences to help improve online hiring systems?
- Interested in learning how to enhance your job application skills?
You will receive a stipend to meet us in person at Berlin Partner’s office at Fasanenstr. 85. The three-hour focus group meeting will take place in June.
Most importantly, you’ll have the opportunity to share your experiences and contribute to the development of fairer AI recruitment tools. Later in the year, we will also invite you to an online workshop where you will learn how these AI tools work and gain insights on applying for jobs online more effectively.

This EU initiative involves participants from seven countries to understand experiences with online job applications. Participants will review the preliminary report and recommendations before we share insights on improving online hiring processes.
Funded by the EU as part of a multi-year initiative on AI bias in hiring tools, this project aims to enhance fairness in recruitment. Learn more about the project and initial findings at impactmania or contact us at [email protected]. This project is part of EU CORDIS. Share your experiences and help improve systems that affect us all.
