Revealing Insights in: impactmania's is now available on ResearchGate, complementing its original publication through the FINDHR network (Erasmus University Rotterdam, Max Planck Institute, AlgorithmWatch, Universitat Pompeu Fabra, etc).

Key Findings:
Our study focused on AI hiring. Through experimentation, we uncovered some startling results:
Category A candidates (those best qualified for the job) can be dismissed by the Applicants Tracking System in favor of Category C candidates (least suitable).

These findings challenge the notion that AI inherently selects based on merits. Our use of using real and synthetic reveals a more complex reality.

Upcoming Research
We're finalizing our second report: "How AI Hiring Tools Hinder Human Talent: German Companies Are Missing Out on Educated, Skilled, and Motivated Talent." This promises to offer further insights into the implications of AI in hiring.
A Balanced Perspective
Despite these challenges, I remain optimistic about the potential of AI hiring tools. Our research aims to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to ensure technology supports, rather than hinders, human potential.

Invitation for Discussion
I'm eager to discuss our findings in more detail. If you're interested in learning more or exploring the implications for your organization, please reach out.
