Everyone's fav topic: AI. Opinions are one thing; we've actually researched AI systems. Paksy Plackis-Cheng has led a dynamic team of experts in AI and experimenting w/ hiring systems used in human recommendations. The three year long initiative was funded by the EU and recommendations made available to organizations and you! Anyone developing, deploying, and using AI will have to deal w/ the EU AI Act.
Regulations or not, we all require we can trust. Especially when you are using these to source, screen, select people for jobs, school admissions, bank loans, etc.
In recognition of this critical topic, wishing to delve deeper than the average AI headlines, the Economics KUEK alumni invited Paksy as a keynote at their Berlin event. The professionals from different sectors, industries, and professions came with an open mind, their own experiences.
