AI is transforming recruitment, but concerns around bias, transparency, candidate feedback, and regulatory compliance continue to grow. As organizations increasingly rely on AI-supported hiring tools, HR leaders have a unique opportunity to help shape more responsible and trustworthy practices.<\/span><\/p>\n

We are inviting a select group of HR and Talent Acquisition leaders from Germany, the Netherlands, and Belgium to join a European Community of Practice on responsible AI in recruitment. Working alongside jobseekers, policymakers, and AI experts, participants will help identify practical solutions for fairer and more transparent hiring.<\/span><\/p>\n
